Is early check-in or late check-out available?

We do our best to accommodate requests. Availability depends on other reservations and cleaning schedules. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

Are pets allowed at the properties?

Yes. Pets are welcome; however, applicable pet fees will apply. 🐾

What amenities are included?

Each home is fully equipped with essentials such as Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fresh linens, towels, and stocked kitchens. Additional amenities include:

Beach House: beach access, outdoor seating, walkability to shops/restaurants

Cabin House: fireplaces, large gathering spaces, and proximity to outdoor adventures

Do your properties have parking?

Yes! Both homes have ample parking. The Cabin House in Franklin has space for multiple vehicles and even large RVs/trailers.

Is housekeeping included?

Professional cleaning is provided before your stay. For extended visits, mid-stay cleanings can be arranged upon request (additional fees may apply).

How many guests can each property accommodate?

Beach House: Ideal for up to 8 guests.

Cabin House: Spacious enough for large families and groups, comfortably accommodating 12+ depending on sleeping arrangements.

Do you offer group or event stays?

The Cabin House is especially popular for family reunions, retreats, or group getaways. Please reach out with details, and we’ll help tailor your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations at least 72 hours before check-in with no penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee.
